The Audience Services Coordinator plays a key administrative role for the South Carolina Philharmonic. Responsibilities include assisting subscription sales and renewals, processing and tracking; coordinating with administration at our performance venue, and other duties as assigned. This position reports to the Marketing & Communications Director.
80% of work is performed in an office setting during regularly scheduled office hours, between 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday. You will also be required to work all six Masterworks concerts each season, which are on Saturday evenings, sometimes on Sunday afternoons, and other Koger Center events. It will require some flexibility and availability for evening activities.
This is a part-time, 20 hours/week position with the ability to grow after one year.
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in a nonprofit environment and data management
Working with Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Excel
Strong interpersonal skills

20 hours/week – $13 – $15/hour depending on experience. Your performance will be assessed after one year and the ability to grow with the organization is available. We have a flexible work environment with a small staff.
