Food Well Alliance

Reporting to the Chair of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director has overall strategic and operational responsibility for the leadership and execution of the organization’s mission and programs.

The Executive Director possesses a combination of business acumen, sophisticated fundraising, organizational development and programmatic skills while demonstrating strategic thinking, cultural sensitivity and a passion for local food and community development.

While serving as the public face of Food Well Alliance, the Executive Director must possess the unique ability to foster strong coalitions with local growers and food entrepreneurs in the community, as well as large foundations, major donors and strategic stakeholders in the city, region and state.
